Photosynthesis is a natural phenomenon of converting sunlight into life-energy and vegetarianism is man’s fundamental nature-given lifestyle to control natural exploitation. Without encouraging these, it will not be possible to save our living planet.

Photosynthesis is the basis of life on earth, through which green plants, algae and some bacteria use sunlight to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose and release oxygen. This natural process not only sustains the plant kingdom but also provides oxygen for us to breathe.

Glucose is the primary energy source for all life forms on earth. In fact, it is solar energy that is converted into biochemical energy through photosynthesis. This is what makes our planet a living planet.

Our earth is currently caught in a vicious cycle of climate change, from which if it does not get out, its very future will be in danger. The most effective strategy to free the earth from this vicious cycle is to increase photosynthesis to the highest possible capacity.

The central driver of climate change is atmospheric carbon dioxide. Human activities such as indiscriminate deforestation, industrialization and burning of fossil fuels have disrupted this delicate balance, leading to a dangerous increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide and increasing the crisis of global warming and climate change.

Anyway, in the course of life evolution, man is a vegetarian creature by his morphology, anatomy, physical physiology, his temperament and his consciousness. By adopting vegetarianism, we can contribute to the ecological security of the earth.

Anyway, a plant-based diet provides many health benefits, including protection from obesity and many types of cancer risks.

The synergy between photosynthesis and vegetarianism is evident in their common goal of using the power of plants to sustain life on earth.

By supporting the adoption of vegetarianism by the whole of humanity and priorities that take photosynthesis to the extreme, we can promote a more harmonious relationship with nature and pave the way for a greener and healthier future.

Along with the required control on climate change, photosynthesis and vegetarianism provide many co-benefits for the environment.

Vegetarian food requires much less water and land to produce than meat-based diets, allowing suitable measures to conserve precious resources. For example, the land area needed to produce 100 quintals of vegetarian food can produce only 10 quintals of meat.

Vegetarian food production processes sequester carbon, while meat production emits a lot of carbon.

By relying on vegetarianism, humans can conserve soil, water and biodiversity while preserving most of their natural forests, protect the existence of endangered species, accelerate photosynthesis to restore the Earth’s beauty, health, vitality and splendor, and create a future full of hope and happiness for ourselves.

By making the philosophy of vegetarianism a fundamental element of life, we can develop a just and sustainable food system that guarantees food security for all.

Governments, international organizations, academic institutions and civil society organizations should encourage people to go vegetarian and adopt eco-friendly practices for their own health and that of the environment.

For this, concrete policies should be formulated at the local, national and global levels. It is our collective moral responsibility to nurture and protect the natural systems that sustain life on Earth.
